Every original Zeppelin device has a limited manufacturer's warranty 6 months since the date of purchase for the PVD coating, no matter where it was purchased.
Our company is the only currently using PVD coating for devices of this class. The application of titanium is a complex multi-step process and this is the only way to achieve a perfectly smooth surface with a unique look.

Any complex process requires careful quality control. From batch to batch, we are improving the control process and this has allowed us to reduce the percentage of scrap to the minimum, but still the consumer should know that if he is faced with a manufacturing defect, we will exchange such a device with a new one free of charge with delivery at our expense.
In order for your device to last a long time and remain under the protection of the warranty, please follow our recommendations for use and care.
